We offer warranty coverage on all eligible products for up to 12 months from the date of delivery, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Coverage includes:

• Manufacturing defects

• Performance issues under normal use

• Faulty parts or components due to material or workmanship errors

❌ Not Covered Under Warranty

The following are not covered under warranty:

• Damage from improper installation, modification, or misuse

• Normal wear and tear

• Shipping damage caused by improper repackaging during returns

• Issues caused by unauthorized repairs or third-party servicing

• Products installed contrary to manufacturer instructions

3. Return & Resolution

• Domestic (Australia): Return labels are provided free of charge

• International: Customers are responsible for return shipping; original shipping fees are non-refundable

• If a replacement is issued, we cover the shipping back to you

🔁 Returns Linked to Warranty

• If your issue qualifies as a defect under warranty, it will be treated as a warranty repair or replacement, not a standard return

• Any refunds requested for warranty items must comply with our Returns Policy

📦 Packaging Requirement

Items returned under warranty must be:
