At AR Engines, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you may return new or slightly used items by mail within our generous return window.

Standard Returns: Items may be returned within 90 days from the date of delivery.

Holiday Returns: Purchases made between November 1st and December 31st are eligible for return until January 31st of the following year.

We currently accept returns by mail only.
Steps:

Contact Us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Package Your Item securely with all original contents.

Ship It Back using a tracked service to the return address provided with your RMA.
You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
