We offer warranty coverage on all eligible products for up to 12 months from the date of delivery, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Coverage includes:

• Manufacturing defects

The following are not covered under warranty:

• Damage from improper installation, modification, or misuse

• Normal wear and tear

• Shipping damage caused by improper repackaging during returns

Our team will assess the claim and respond within 2 business days. If approved, you’ll receive instructions for return, repair, or replacement.

3. Return & Resolution

• Domestic (Australia): Return labels are provided free of charge

• International: Customers are responsible for return shipping; original shipping fees are non-refundable

• If a replacement is issued, we cover the shipping back to you
